AFFILIATES’ DATA All affiliates joining the program are required to furnish complete and accurate contact details. This information is exclusively utilized for the affiliate program's purposes and is not disclosed or marketed to any third party. Your contact details will be used solely for program-related activities concerning your marketing efforts, payments, and keeping you informed about program updates. The acquisition of affiliate information is also integral to our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. In cases where the identity of the account cannot be verified, the affiliate program reserves the right to withhold commissions. 4. MARKETING ACTIVITIES • The Affiliate bears the costs associated with their promotion of the program's affiliated brands. We expressly disapprove of and decline traffic from websites containing, but not restricted to, sexually explicit content, illegal material, incitement of violence or acts of violence, websites targeting individuals under the age of 18, showcasing pornographic content involving minors, discrimination based on gender, nationality, trolling or cyber-bullying, religion, race, or websites that may inflict harm on others. • Players who register accounts through affiliate links will be considered players at the casino, and the affiliate will have no claim to the information provided by the player. PAYMENTS • All affiliate commissions that meet or exceed the payment threshold of $100 will be disbursed by the 15th working day of the month. • The program will not amalgamate commissions when multiple brands are at play. A deficit in one brand's earnings will not impact the earnings from the other. The program does not implement a negative carryover policy. • Affiliate commissions will be calculated based on this calculation: FOR REVENUE SHARE: Gross Win – Credits – Coupons – Chargebacks – Multicash Adj. – Processing Fees = Net Win Net Win x Commission % = Commission Due FOR CPA DEALS: A qualified acquisition is defined as a referred player who successfully registers an account and makes an initial deposit that meet the agreed trigger/baseline. If the depositing player is already registered in our database, they will be treated as a duplicate account, and no CPA will be granted. Any chargebacks or refunds made relating to qualified CPA will be removed. 7. TERM AND CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT • This agreement commences upon the submission of the completed signup form via https://affiliate.eternalslots.com. This contract between the Program and the Affiliate is continuous, yet it can be terminated by either party at any time with written notification. • The Program reserves the authority to terminate the contract abruptly and deactivate links at any time if there is a belief that any terms and conditions have been violated. • While inquiries are ongoing, the Program may opt to withhold commissions, either on a temporary or permanent basis, if the program deems it necessary in accordance with the accepted terms and conditions. Depending on the severity of the matter, lifetime commissions from the players you've referred may also be nullified. • Should the affiliate fail to adhere to the reasonable requests of the program, or if the affiliate's activities are perceived as posing a potential threat to the brand or the program, the program maintains the authority to abruptly terminate the contract. • Once the contract terminates, the affiliate consents to the removal of all marketing materials, links, and intellectual property rights associated with the promoted brands. • The traffic directed through active links subsequent to the termination date will not be considered for the continuation of the contract or final payment. • To guarantee that all requirements have been fulfilled and investigations have concluded, marketing fees may be held for a maximum period of 180 days. In case the inquiries last longer than 180 days, any outstanding marketing fees will be disbursed upon the completion of said investigations. • Engaging in threats or criminal behavior towards the program or its staff may lead to the termination of the contract and the forfeiture of both current and future commissions. • Affiliates are strictly prohibited from self-referring to the affiliate program or casinos with the aim of earning additional income from sub-affiliate earnings or player losses. Such actions would be considered an abuse of the commission structure and may result in your account being suspended and/or commissions being indefinitely withheld. 8. RESPONSIBILITIES • To combat or mitigate fraudulent activities or the misuse of the brands, the program or its affiliated staff may, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, block or restrict players or their deposit capabilities. • The affiliate is obligated to make every effort to prevent the delivery of fraudulent traffic through their links. If any concerns arise, they should be addressed with your affiliate manager. • The Program’s staff will exert every effort to retain the players referred by the affiliate. 9. MISCELLANEOUS • The Program will ensure that you stay informed about program developments, new game releases, promotions, and any other business updates that could potentially enhance the performance of your campaign. • The Program will refrain from entering into any exclusive marketing arrangements with a sole marketing partner. • Eternal Slots will make every effort to uphold the program to provide the best possible service to our affiliates and players. There may be instances when updates are implemented, and the services offered could be temporarily diminished for a limited duration. • If the affiliate decides to sell their website and/or the associated affiliate account, it is expected that the program be notified.
